A certified fitness trainer and wellness advocate, Remy Kam, has turned her long-time passion for fitness, wellness, and community into a digital space designED for you. With over EIGHT years of trainer experience, Remy WORKED WITH industry leading brands like Tone It Up, Therabody, Equinox, and Parsley Health. She is currently a Vuori Clothing Collaborator, Barry’s Bootcamp Trainer, and Bodyrok Instructor. In creating KORE, Remy uses her holistic approach to fitness to inspire movement, connection, and wellness.
